چکیده
Abstract Background The reliance on chemical inputs to support high yields is the Achilles’ heel of modern crop production. soil organic matter management as old agriculture itself. Recently, use soluble humic substances plant growth promoters has been brought attention due their effects nutrient uptake and water efficiency. Humic applied directly at low concentrations can trigger different molecular, biochemical, physiological processes in plants. However, how exert this plethoric regulatory action remains unclear. objective study was evaluate changes transcription level genes coding cell receptors, phosphatases, synthesis, function hormones factors. Materials methods After seven days acid treatment, we used RNAseq maize root seedlings. gene compared with control Results Plant kinase receptors phosphatases were regulated by acids. Likewise, related (auxin, gibberellin, ethylene, cytokinin, abscisic acid, brassinosteroids, jasmonic salicylic acids) transcript differential levels seedlings well expression a hundred factors modifying signal transduction pathway via alterations subsequent response. Conclusion We showed general mechanism for simultaneously regulating activity several where acids act key hub responses integrating hormonal signalling response pathways.

Hormone Signalling Crosstalk in Plant Growth Regulation
The remarkable plasticity of plant ontogeny is shaped by hormone pathways, which not only orchestrate intrinsic developmental programs, but also convey environmental inputs. Several classes of plant hormones exist, and among them auxin, brassinosteroid and gibberellin are central for the regulation of growth in general and of cell elongation in particular. Various growth phenomena can be modula...
متن کاملEffects of humic acids from vermicomposts on plant growth
The interactions between earthworms and microorganisms can produce significant quantities of plant growth hormones and humic acids which act as plant regulators. Experiments were designed to evaluate the effects of humic acids extracted from vermicompost and compare them with the action of commercial humic acid in combination with a commercial plant growth hormone, indole acetic acid (IAA) whic...
متن کاملNature of Plant Components Identified in Soil Humic Acids
INTRODUCTION The origin of the humic acid fraction of soils is still unclear in spite of extensive investigations accomplished over the last years (ref. 1). Different origins have been proposed, based on the most recent theory or on the applica tion of the latest analytical method. Thus, it has been proposed that soil humic acids are derived from lignins, microbial activity and synthesis of me...
متن کاملTAA1-Mediated Auxin Biosynthesis Is Essential for Hormone Crosstalk and Plant Development
Plants have evolved a tremendous ability to respond to environmental changes by adapting their growth and development. The interaction between hormonal and developmental signals is a critical mechanism in the generation of this enormous plasticity. A good example is the response to the hormone ethylene that depends on tissue type, developmental stage, and environmental conditions. By characteri...
متن کاملMaking sense of hormone crosstalk during plant immune responses.
In response to biotic stress, crosstalk between plant hormonal signaling pathways prioritizes defense over other cellular functions. Some plant pathogens take advantage of this regulatory system by mimicking hormones that interfere with host immune responses to promote virulence. Here we discuss the various roles that crosstalk may play in response to pathogens with different infection strategies.
